ซงจุงกิ (Song Joong Ki) เกิดวันที่ 19 กันยายน 1985 ปัจจุบันอายุ 37 ปี เป็นนักแสดงภายใต้สังกัด High Zium Studio โดยจบการศึกษามาจาก มหาวิทยาลัยซองคยุนกวาน (Sungkyunkwan University) สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โดยเขาเดบิวต์ในเส้นทางการแสดงจากการปรากฎตัวในภาพยนตร์เรื่อง A Frozen Flower ในปี 2008 ก่อนที่จะเป็นที่คุ้นหน้าคุ้นตามากขึ้นจากการเป็นพิธีกรประจำรายการเพลง Music Bank ในปี 2009-2010 และเป็นสมาชิกประจำของรายการ Running Man ในปี 2010-2011 และในปี 2012 จากการแสดงในซีรีส์ The Innocent Man และ ภาพยนตร์ A Werewolf Boy ซงจุงกิก็เฉิดฉายและก้าวขึ้นเป็นพระเอกแนวหน้าในวงการทันที
